Once upon a time, there lived an Emperor. Since his country was very big, he found it very difficult to rule directly. For this purpose, he devided his country to eight states and appointed eight kings to rule their states. But he had the total control over the kings. The emperor was very generous and he was very kind with his citizens. He rectified all the problems, whenever it was necessary. He used to travel his whole country to see if there were any problems for his people. He visited in disguise many times to understand the real problems his people were facing and he took immediate actions to correct them. All the people were living happily and every one appriciated their king's qualities. In this way, he knew all the citizens of his country personally.
There lived a young call girl in his country. She was living in a village, near to his palace. She was very beautiful and young. She attracted many rich people and they were attracted by her beautiful dance also. When the emperor visited her village, she invited
him to her house. The emperor saw many rich people around her and they were praising her and they were in a different mood. Again she came to the emperor personally and requested him to visit her house and stay for some time. But the emperor replied that he would surely visit her when time riped.
After some years, her beauty vanished. She could not even dance. She developed some major problems in her health. She became very weak in her health and wealth. No one wanted to stay with her. No one wanted her to stay with them. She was made alone. Even she was forced to leave her place by the neighbours, because of her wounds which looked ugly.
The emperor was watching all these and he went to her place. The emperor said, As I have promised you earlier, now I am here. I will stay with you till you recover fully. He started to give treatment for the wounds without any hesitations in his mind. He said, You wanted me to be here on the other day for some reasons, when I was not really needed. But this is the most appropriate time for me to be here with you to help you. The beauty in the face and the attraction in the body stays only for sometime, and not ever. When you had the beauty with you and when you were young, you had a lot of persons with you and now when you are in need of help there is no one to help you. But as the protecter of my country, I feel that it is my bounden duty to save one my citizens and that is the reason I am here.
I will take care of you completely and do not worry for anything. She was very happy and thanked the emperor.
