Mouthwatering Mutton Curry

There is a quick,easy and delicious Indian dish that you can prepare....here is how you go about making this scrumptous meal for the whole family.....

Ingredients:
Mutton (1kg)
Onions
Tomatoe(1/2 grated)
Tumeric(1/2 tsp)
Garum Masala(1/2 tsp)
Cinnamon (4/5 sticks)
Ginger/Garlic
Potatoes(4 medium sized,peeled)
Corainder
Chilli Powder(depends on how pungent you would like your curry)
Thyme (4 pinches)
Chillies(4 medium sized)

Method:

Place some oil in a pot or a deep saucepan,add about 4 tablespoons of oil.Cut in your onion,chilli,tumeric
and ginger/garlic,garum masala and cinnamon sticks into the pot.Let it simmer until onions are light brown,then add in your chilli powder(i use about 5 tablespoons,because i love my curry really hot).
Straight after you add in your chilli powder you add in your diced meat,add salt to taste.Then you cut in one tomatoe and add in the halved poatoes,throw in the coriander and thyme and allow to cook for abt 45 minutes to an hour.Make sure you mix the curry every 15 minute intervals.If you see that the curry is getting to thick,add a bit of water and allow to simmer further...

Serving:
You can serve the Mutton Curry with rice
