In passing, I have heard that it is estimated eighty-seven percent of the people in the world believes in Guardian Angels. This fact fascinates me. Considering how many religious faiths there are in the world, that is wild!!!
This book attempted to show anyone who wanted to connect with their spiritual guardians the steps one must take, and I mean it states the steps you can take to meet, communicate and learn healing with your own divine companion, so it says on the cover. OK, so what made me pick this book? I have always believed in guardians of the spirit world. So when I found a book that offers steps to get closer to these angels. I thought Why/Not?
Angels have been found in all walks of life. Most religions speak of angels and guardians that stand over the sick, the hungry and the children, all over the the world it is the same.
The book is by a London Publisher, Watkins. The author is well know through the New Age cult, Wiccans and Christians all looking for that one key that opens your world for the better. She also has a book on Summoning Angels, too! The book is easy to read and brinks on fantasy. But it does make some good points.
The first chapter starts off with telling the reader about our guardians. Born a catholic I found my Wicca roots about twenty plus years ago which to be honest help me to grasp a lot of what would be confusing normally. Nahmad, (author) starts off with an incident that was straight off Crypt-Keeper. Ending with her calling on her guardian and asking for help.
Nahmad shows us how the language of nature and the world we know is so much simpler and we can communicate on a level, that made me feel excited. Starting with good meditation skills and understanding your angel can only help if you ask straight out what you want. They respect our freewill and sometimes with the right ingredients,(the bottom line) You want to control your own environment and this books helps you feel in control.
There's this new age thought and with Wicca cred, the bottom line the books help me to gain insight and fine tune my connections with my world around me. So this book was easy reading and I got through it in one night. All of these steps through out the book will and can become very long and wordy. But anything new will take some time.
Understanding your chakras, and the concept of prayer, using medication upi can learn how to contact your guardians and learn their names. I learn my angel's name(Sahra) and I am already keeping a angel dairy, (so to speak). This is more of a work book and shares a lot of important information if your new to this aspect of this culture. Many cultures believes in the techniques that used in this book. Once you learn how to control your own wants then this book shows you how to share it with the world around where your guardian angels dwell. Remember the law of this world, What you send out to the world will return four-fold.
The book ends with a a lengthy story which I must admit bored me but well written and it has some points worth reading. After reviewing this it will be a good resource and good addition to my library and collection of Angels.
