Charlie And The Chocolate Factory

Charlie Bucket never dreamed of winning anything, but when Willy Wonka opened the doors of his famously secret candy factory to the holders of five golden tickets, Charlie and his grandfather chanced everything on one bar of Willy Wonka's chocolate. To his delight, Charlie discovered the last of the five winning tickets inside the wrapper and found himself, along with fellow winners Mike Teavee, Veruca Salt, Violet Beauregarde, and Augustus Gloop, walking through the mystical gates of the factory.
Once inside, Charlie and his grandfather discovered that the rumours surrounding the factory were nothing compared to the reality, and that the eccentric Willy Wonka was indeed as mad as the world thought he was. However, nothing could have prepared them for the adventure to follow, with the Oompah Loompahs working in the factory to produce the magical candy, the worlds to discover within the worlds, and finally Willy Wonka himself to decipher.
A selection process of the winning children begins, with strange accidents occuring due to the greed of Charlie's fellow winners. These include inflating Violet to the shape of a huge blueberry, and losing other children to various tubes, much to their parents' dismay.
At the end of the tour, Willy Wonka is disheartened by his experience with the children; it seems that they have all fallen short of his expectations. However, when Charlie finds Wonka in a subdued state, he gives him the gobstopper the children were treated to at the beginning of their adventure. In this small act, Wonka sees the characteristic he was looking for in one of the children, and announces that there is much to do. Charlie and his grandfather are then taken on a magical ride in a glass elevator to fully explore the world of Willy Wonka- the world that Charlie has been chosen to inherit.
