The dreadful diseases like Heart Attack and Cancer have increased in the recent past. Almost every other day, we hear the news so and so person died of heart attack. We have been reading since our school days heart acts as a pump in the body. The heart is soft and triangular in shape. Our heart spreads and shrinks 72 times in a minute. Heart attack is of 11 types. But the point to ponder here is why we become the victim of heart attack. Heart attack is spreading all over the world on account of wrong habits and wrong diet. In other words, bad habits of addiction and unhygienic diets do play its adverse role on the function of the heart.
Symptoms of heart attack include patient feels uneasiness on account of heart attack. There is a pain at the left side of the chest. It reaches the throat and lower jaw. Patient feels breathing trouble. The factors leading are over-worried life, obesity, no exercise, un-natural food eating without hunger. People are becoming lazier.
To avoid heart attack we should take simple food, easily digestible, juicy fruits and salad should be taken regularly. Constipation plays a major role in heart attack. Relax on holidays, avoid excessive work and meditate.
