Tragedies make the best of plays
In dark places terror thickens
Unseen fears take my strength away
Cold and haunting familiar voices
I hear their blame for living on

A thousand deaths I have died
All the brave knew but one
Still I'm standing I go on living
Carrying with me constant shame
