The ocean, trees and animals
We are all connected
The water is balancing my soul
The ocean clears my fear
These waves protect me
From environmental pollution
From greed and emotion
Bless the ocean
And the ocean will bless
I feel myself let go

When I fill this heart with water
My mind is clear and in the moment
