Beats in the snow
Her body resigned
By the truth that she might know.
She leaves this world.
One dies to truly live and she’ll rise
Above this world she grew to despise
Detached from everything she loved
She closes her eyes and she goes on.
She is not here, she is gone.
Cold pale skin, one with Earth
Eyes are closed, she is not here
Clutching flowers in her hand
Spring is not here
And this is her end.
Through fields of forever she dances away.
She climbs the stairs and she sees a new day,
Beyond this life, Beyond this world.
Her voice will echo beyond this Earth.
