My blood runs
I’m alive
My body’s warm
And I wasn’t consumed
There are rainy and summy days
lugubrious or triumphant
With a yes, with a no
What can destroy your mind?
Malevolent insects with destroying buzzes?
But this I call to mind and therefore I have hope
I will take off the breast plate I put on
Against the touch of grace
I will tear out the webs
That imprision the flies
Yaweh’s love never ends
His kindness is eternal
