To sense that you’re living, breathing, whilst feeling the flame
See the rest of your life, flash before your eyes
Take the time to know you’re alive
Wait for the sun to rise
Coming down from the good times, sinking deeper again
Try to look to the sky as you fall
Could this be the end?

I’m touching fire, one desire
To sense that you’re living, and breathing, whilst feeling the flame
Skin becomes thinner when burnt
Watching it simmer you learn
that with life comes pain, we all need the flame to realize that we’re all the same
