Ancient church from Bizantium era was founded burry in Kenya, Africa. Mysterious disease killed most of the villagers. The innocent blood sheared in the land of dry where the evil for the first time down to the earth.
In Kenya, miles away from Rome, the centre of Catholic founded an Ancient Church from 5th century, the era of Bizantium. Meanwhile, the Christian itself entered mainland a thousand years later. The other odds, the church seemed to be buried after completing the construction.
Merrin, a former Catholic priest had lost his faith, was handed responsibility to investigate this Phenomena. Below the church, Merrin found an underground chamber which older than the church itself. In there he saw an reverse wood cross. When he try to solve mystery and secret, he met the demon face to face.
